For radon mitigation contractors

Join Our Licensed Radon Contractor Network — Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky

This is for licensed radon mitigation contractors across our Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana service area who want a consistent flow of qualified leads. We're a referral service, not a competitor — we handle the online presence and lead generation, and you do the work under your own license or certification.

Ohio Valley Radon Mitigation connects homeowners across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with licensed radon contractors. If you're a licensed professional looking for a consistent source of qualified leads in our service area, we want to hear from you. Leads are routed to one contractor per territory — not shared across a list. We won't quote you a lead count up front. We'd rather be straight about where things stand than oversell it. We're also selective: not every applicant is accepted.

How it works

Three steps from application to closed job

  1. You apply

Tell us your license or certification — Ohio DOH, Kentucky KBRS/NRPP, or NRPP for Indiana — the counties you serve, and your current capacity. We verify credentials before routing any leads.

  2. We assign your territory

If the counties you want are available, they're assigned exclusively to you — no split leads with another contractor in the same county.

  3. Leads come to you

A homeowner submits our form or calls. You get a direct phone connection plus an email with their details. You follow up and close the job.

If you serve an area that already has contractor coverage, we still want to hear from you. Network arrangements change, contractors retire or expand, and we maintain a priority contact list for every market. Apply now and we'll be in touch when an opportunity opens in your area.

What you receive

What comes with a territory

Exclusive territory

County-level coverage assigned to one contractor. No split leads and no bidding against others on the same request.

Pre-qualified leads

Each lead arrives with the zip code, foundation type, and prior test status the homeowner gave us. These are inbound requests, not cold calls.

Direct phone connection

When a homeowner calls about your territory, the call reaches you directly so you can talk it through and book the work.

Email on every submission

Every form submission for your counties triggers an email with the homeowner's contact details and job specifics.

Real-estate priority routing

Leads tied to an inspection deadline are flagged. If you prioritize real-estate timelines, we route those to you first.

What we require

What you need to qualify

  • A current Ohio DOH radon mitigation license (Ohio), current KBRS registration plus NRPP certification (Kentucky), or NRPP certification (Indiana).
  • Valid general liability insurance. We may request a certificate.
  • You answer your phone during business hours, or use a reliable answering service.
  • You follow up within 2 hours of a lead during business hours.
  • You only claim counties you can actually serve.
  • You operate independently. All work is performed under your own license and insurance — we're a referral service only, with no involvement in job performance, pricing, or customer relations.

Pricing

How pricing works

Pricing is discussed during application review. It's a flat monthly fee based on territory size and lead volume — not per lead. The fee is determined by the number of counties you cover, the estimated lead volume, and whether the territory includes higher-activity markets such as West Chester, Mason, or Northern Kentucky.

No long-term contract. It's month-to-month, and either party can terminate with 30 days notice. There are no setup fees.

Service area

Where we place contractors

Ohio Valley Radon Mitigation serves Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Southwest Ohio, and surrounding areas across 13 counties in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. We are actively building our contractor network and accept applications from licensed professionals in all of our service counties — whether or not a territory currently has coverage. Contractors who apply and are not immediately matched may be added to our priority list as the network grows.
